At LEPI, we place great value on locally sourced ingredients, including Agu pork and freshly harvested Okinawan island vegetables.Instead of refined sugar, we use Okinawan brown sugar, creating a gentle sweetness that is kind to both body and soul. We strive to prepare simple, unpretentious dishes that highlight the natural flavors of each ingredient.
